How do I view analytics for an individual meeting?

  1. Navigate to the Meetings page.

  2. Click on the meeting you want to get analytics for.

  3. Click the "Analytics" tab.

Analytics Tracks

  • Meeting duration

  • Rep talk time

  • Client talk time

  • Rep Talk speed

  • Talk ratio

  • Longest monologue

  • Interactivity

  • Patience

  • Questions asked
