How do I authenticate my voice?

Recording your voice improves the quality of speaker identification. This helps Sales Ask identify who is with your organization and who is the buyer / customer.

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Click "Account"

  3. Under "My Voice" click "Record"

  4. Record the phrase displayed on screen.
